Where we help

Good people cannot carry
an undefined process forever.

HR often works because someone in the business remembers every detail. That becomes harder as the team grows. We help move the repeatable work into a dependable routine, without taking business decisions away from your leaders.

ONGOING HR WORK

Managed HR

For the onboarding steps, employee questions, documents and follow-ups that happen every week—not just when there is time.

  • Agree which recurring tasks we handle
  • Name who approves sensitive decisions
  • Set a route for questions and exceptions

DEFINED SYSTEM WORK

HRIS services

For a new HR system, a stalled rollout or a live platform full of manual workarounds.

  • Plan workflows, data and decision owners
  • Work through agreed configuration tasks
  • Test with the people who will use it

The first conversation

Bring the messy version.

You do not need a polished brief. Tell us which HR tasks keep bouncing back, where a system project stalled or what decision you are trying to make.

We will ask about the people involved, the systems you use and the result you need. From there, we can discuss a sensible scope, the responsibilities your team keeps and the questions we need to settle before work begins.

Useful tools for the decision in front of you.

Use them on your own, bring the result to a team discussion or send a summary when you reach out. No email required.

Spend a few minutes on the recurring HR tasks your team handles today. Your answers will show where ownership is established, inconsistent or still unknown.

Working together

Start with the work.
Build the support around it.

01

Tell us what is happening

Start with a real example: a delayed onboarding, an HRIS workflow that needs manual repair, or work nobody has time to own.

02

Decide what belongs where

Write down the work FlexiHire could do, the decisions your team keeps and the questions that need a specialist.

03

Work from an agreed plan

Set the people, systems, checkpoints and handoffs before delivery begins.

04

Review the result

Look at what is working, what still gets stuck and whether the scope needs to change.

Before we work together

A few things you may be wondering.

Can you work with the People team we already have?

Yes. Your People leader can keep strategy, policy authority and sensitive decisions while we take on an agreed part of the recurring work or a defined project.

Is recruitment or payroll included in Managed HR?

Those are separate conversations unless they are expressly part of the agreed scope. We will distinguish coordination from approvals, processing and specialist advice.

Do we need to change HR systems first?

Often, no. We start with the work and the current process. If the system is the problem, we can discuss an implementation or an improvement project on its own.

Can you give us a price from the website?

We need to know the work, volume, systems and responsibilities before pricing it. You will have a chance to review the scope and fees before committing.

Let’s talk about the work
that needs an owner.
