For referral partners

A good introduction starts with the client.

If your client needs people-operations or HRIS support, let us understand the need and agree on a respectful handoff.

Where this begins

A referral should feel considered on both sides

If a client needs help with HR operations or an HRIS project, we want to understand what is already being handled, why support is needed now and how you prefer to stay involved. Introductions happen with the client’s permission.

What to work through

Start with the situation in front of you.

  • Check that the client wants an introduction.
  • Describe the business need and who is already involved.
  • Discuss how the client, your team and FlexiHire would share responsibilities.

Before we talk

Tell us the kind of client need you are seeing and how you would like the handoff to work.

A recent example is enough. We can ask about the people involved, the systems in use and the decisions still open.

  1. Tell us what happened

Which step slowed down, who was waiting and what did the team do to keep moving?

  2. Show us the current owners

Who can approve a change? Who will use the result? Who needs to be involved before work begins?

  3. Choose a sensible next step

If we can help, we will discuss the work to scope, the responsibilities your team keeps and any questions to settle first.
