How we work

Good work begins with the real workload.

We want to understand how HR happens in your business before suggesting how FlexiHire should help.

First, a real example

Show us where the process gets stuck.

It could be an onboarding that took too many reminders, an employee question that circled three teams or an HRIS change nobody could finish. One example tells us more than a long list of aspirations.

We will look at the work, the people needed to approve it and what a usable result would look like.

Working together

Start with the work.
Build the support around it.

01

Tell us what is happening

Start with a real example: a delayed onboarding, an HRIS workflow that needs manual repair, or work nobody has time to own.

02

Decide what belongs where

Write down the work FlexiHire could do, the decisions your team keeps and the questions that need a specialist.

03

Work from an agreed plan

Set the people, systems, checkpoints and handoffs before delivery begins.

04

Review the result

Look at what is working, what still gets stuck and whether the scope needs to change.

The working relationship

Everyone should know what they own.

Before delivery begins, we discuss the activities in scope, the client owners for approvals and sensitive decisions, the systems involved and how exceptions are raised.

For a project, we also define what will be tested, who signs off and what gets handed over. For ongoing work, we agree on a review rhythm and a way to revisit volume or responsibilities as the business changes.
