Planning tools

The assessment, calculator and project-planning tools run in your browser. Your answers are not submitted to a server. You can copy, print or download your results.

If you choose to carry a summary to the contact page, it is temporarily stored in the current browser tab, then removed after it is loaded. Closing the tab clears any remaining summary. Downloaded files stay on your device.

Contacting us

The inquiry form and discovery-call calendar are provided through GoHighLevel/LeadConnector. Information you submit is recorded in FlexiHire Talent’s account so our team can respond, manage the conversation and schedule a meeting. Planning-tool results are not sent automatically; you decide whether to copy them into an inquiry. Please do not send confidential employee or patient records.

Our hosting provider receives the technical information needed to deliver these pages. The embedded inquiry form and calendar may process technical data and cookies needed to provide those services. Careers links take you to the recruitment service, where separate privacy information may apply.
